Customs formalities

Thanks to our many years of experience, we are thoroughly versed in all customs formalities for import, export, transit, storage, and all other customs-related documents.

BTS prepares and prints all documents in the office in Hemiksem, thanks to the specialised IT programme with a direct link to customs. Customs may at times want to subject your goods to a physical inspection, in which case BTS will always be present during the inspection (also before or after office hours).

BTS also issues EUR1 certificates which are signed and stamped by Customs after verification. We also have a direct link with the Chamber of Commerce. The COs are drawn up and printed in our office.

BTS can also assist you with all customs formalities and regulations. When you start exporting or importing and need more information, BTS is always ready to provide it.
